Coffee Festival associated with eco-tourism in Bung Lao commune

DBP - This morning (October 18), Bung Lao commune held the opening ceremony of the Coffee Festival associated with eco-tourism in 2025. Attending the festival were Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lo Van Cuong; Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Lo Thi Minh Phuong; representatives of provincial departments and branches; leaders of neighboring communes, businesses, tourists and a large number of local people.

Taking place over 2 days (October 18-19), the Coffee Festival associated with eco-tourism in Bung Lao commune has many attractive activities, such as: "Farmers' competition" with competitions to learn about knowledge and skills in planting, caring for, processing coffee and coffee picking; ethnic cuisine competition introducing traditional specialties; visiting and experiencing Viet Bac Coffee Processing Factory; visiting Dao Vien Son eco-tourism site and booths displaying and introducing coffee products, OCOP, typical local agricultural products.

Comrade Lo Van Cuong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate the Festival.

Speaking at the Festival, the leader of Bung Lao commune emphasized that the event was held in an exciting atmosphere after the successful 15th Congress of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. This is an opportunity to promote and introduce Bung Lao coffee products; honor coffee growers, producers, processors and traders; and at the same time create a green, safe and friendly cultural and tourism space, contributing to promoting local socio -economic development.
