
Attending the festival were leaders of Chieng Sinh ward and representatives of the Front Working Committee of 33 groups and villages in the area. This is a pilot program of Chieng Sinh ward on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025).


In a joyful and excited atmosphere, delegates and people of Na Lo village reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam National United Front; evaluated the results of patriotic emulation movements, campaigns and activities to build great national unity in 2025.
Na Lo village currently has 197 households, mainly Thai ethnic people. In recent years, the people in the village have always promoted the spirit of solidarity, actively competed in labor production, applied technical advances in cultivation, contributing to increasing income and stabilizing life. In 2025, people cultivated more than 73 hectares of various crops. The average income reached 40 million VND/person/year; the whole village has only 2 poor households. The work of building cultural life is focused, 81/97 households achieved the title of "Cultural Family", accounting for 83.5%. The village has 7 art troupes with 70 members who regularly practice and perform for holidays, New Year and community exchanges.

At the festival, Na Lo village held the inauguration ceremony of the lighting project and expanded the village road. The road was installed with 50 solar-powered LED bulbs, illuminating more than 2,000 m, with a total cost of over 60 million VND contributed by the people. Along with that, the people voluntarily donated land, moved the fence, and expanded the village road from 3.5 m to 6 m, contributing to creating a spacious and clean appearance for the residential area.



On this occasion, the People's Committee of Chieng Sinh Ward awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 6 individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements in 2025. The Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward awarded 20 million VND to support the cost of building a house for Mr. Quang Van Hao's family, a poor household with especially difficult circumstances. The Women's Union of Na Lo village mobilized members to support more than 1.6 million VND and contributed to help the family level the ground and transport construction materials.




After the ceremony, the festival took place with many cultural and sports activities imbued with the cultural identity of the Thai people such as: Tung con, jumping bamboo poles, to mak le, xoe dance, creating a joyful atmosphere and connecting the community.
