
The total number of employees in the Company is currently 877 people, with high technical qualifications, mastering technology, promoting digital transformation, managing and operating well the power grid system in the area with 9 110 kV transformer stations, 3,203 distribution transformer stations, 558 km of 110 kV lines, 5,506 km of medium voltage lines, 5,482 km of low voltage lines.

In the production and business emulation movement, in the period of 2021-2025, the Company launched and promoted emulation movements by topic, such as: Emulation to develop customers to pay electricity bills by automatic debit in 2022", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene; prevent accidents - say no to occupational accidents" in 2022, "Reduce incidents and time to handle power grid incidents in 2022"; Emulation "Saving electricity in 2023"; sprint emulation to complete the 2023 production and business plan at affiliated power companies; sprint emulation to strive to complete the plan to change the meter reading schedule; sprint emulation to strive to complete the plan for electricity loss targets in November, December and the whole year of 2023; sprint emulation to complete the production and business plan of Electricity services in 2024...

The movement to promote technical innovation and rationalization in production and work has been responded by cadres, workers and laborers. Thereby, gradually modernizing the management and operation system according to the motto: Discipline, accuracy, science , correct procedures, standards and consistency from the Company to units, production teams and laborers; focusing on improving the quality of equipment.
In the period of 2021-2025, there are 97 initiatives recognized at the Company level, 8 initiatives recognized at the Corporation level, being applied in practice, with annual benefits of billions of VND. Some units have many initiatives such as: Information Technology and Digital Transformation Department, Business Department, Technical Department... Typical examples include: The initiative "Upgrading remote data collection equipment (DCU)", with a benefit of more than 4 billion VND, by the Business Department's author group; the initiative "Application of monitoring and warning of information security of firewall equipment in Son La Power Company" saving 357 million VND, by the Telecommunications and Information Technology Department's author group...
The emulation movements have created a strong motivation for cadres, workers and employees to strive, overcome all difficulties and challenges to be determined to complete all tasks of individuals and units, contributing to the overall development of the Company, the Corporation and the Group. In recent years, the growth rate of the Company has always been high and stable, each year higher than the previous year, some indicators have grown rapidly such as: Commercial electricity, revenue, average selling price... Commercial electricity in 2021 is 673.79 million kWh, in 2024 it increased to 852.52 million kWh, in the first 9 months of the year 676.99 million kWh. The reliability of electricity supply is increasingly improved.

From the emulation movements, many typical examples have emerged, many units have continuously achieved high achievements, and have been recognized, such as: Muong La, Thuan Chau - Quynh Nhai Regional Power Line Management Team, Business Department, Safety Department...
