Training session on product production process according to OCOP standards at Son La province bridge point.

Attending the conference at the Son La province bridge were more than 100 students who are Youth Union officials, cooperatives, cooperatives and typical young producers and businessmen of Son La province.

Senior OCOP consultant imparts knowledge on OCOP standard production process to Son La youth.

Trainees were taught many important contents by senior OCOP consultants such as: Overview of production process, product quality according to OCOP standards; some OCOP product standards that need to be noted when standardizing to participate in classification assessment; verification process, preservation, sales and traceability of products; instructions on preparing product declaration registration dossiers, regulations on recall and responsibilities of production facilities.

At the training conference, students from Son La province were also guided to practice, test their knowledge and directly exchange with lecturers about common difficulties when building OCOP products, associated with typical products and strengths of the locality.

The training conference on product production processes according to OCOP standards is one of a series of activities organized by the Central Youth Union to equip knowledge and skills in brand building and promoting OCOP products for young people, especially young people in rural areas, contributing to the implementation of the National Target Program on new rural construction for the period 2021-2025.
