Speaking at the Festival, the leaders of the City Youth Union suggested that all levels of the Youth Union in the city should continue to proactively do a good job of propaganda andeducation for members and youth to build a traffic culture and voluntarily comply with traffic safety laws, contributing to the city's goal of reducing traffic accidents in all three aspects: number of cases, number of deaths and injuries, each youth union member always raises cultural awareness when participating in traffic. At the same time, he believes that with the coordination between schools, families and the Youth Union, the youth union members will become a new generation of citizens - conscious, responsible and always ready to spread positive things in the community.

In recent years, the models of "Traffic Safety School Gate" and "Youth Volunteers participating in ensuring traffic safety and order at school gates" have been effectively implemented by District, County Youth Unions, and Youth Unions under the City Youth Union. Up to now, the whole city has nearly 140 models of "Traffic Safety School Gate" with the active participation of youth union members. The implementation results show that the model has brought positive results, the traffic situation at the school gate area has been significantly improved; the traffic awareness of the people, especially parents and students, has been gradually improved.

At the program, the City Youth Union - Traffic Safety Committee of the city provided material support including youth shirts, bucket hats, armbands and traffic safety propaganda support tools for the "Traffic Safety School Gate" models of 22 District, County Youth Unions, and College and University Youth Unions in the city and the model "Youth volunteers participating in ensuring traffic safety and order at school gates" undertaken by the Youth Volunteer Team.

With the aim of affirming the importance of using standard helmets when participating in traffic, as well as the desire to form the habit of wearing helmets for students, thereby increasing the rate of wearing helmets meeting national standards to 100%. The City Youth Union - Traffic Safety Committee presented 100 standard helmets to Hong Bang District Youth Union and Le Hong Phong High School./.
