This group of fruits also has a lot of vitamin C, which helps strengthen the body’s resistance,” Dr. Diep advised.
The doctor also said that many families stock up on watermelon during Tet, but watermelon is sweet and has a high glycemic index, so it is not suitable for people with diabetes and those who are controlling their weight. Many obese people on a diet only like to eat fruit, but eat the wrong type of fruit like the first group, so it will have the opposite effect.
