The festival of traditional cakes of three regions and connecting Bac Ninh tourism in 2024 is an activity to promote, introduce, preserve and promote the values ​​of culinary culture and tourism of Bac Ninh in general and Luong Tai district in particular; promote cultural values ​​through performances, introducing culinary dishes, traditional cakes of the South - Hanoi and other regions; agricultural products, Luong Tai ocop subjects, specialties, "Quan Ho hometown gifts" cuisine such as: Banh te Cho, Banh khuc Diem, Banh gio Dap Cau, Thi Cau five-color cake, Phu The Dinh Bang cake, Trang Liet peanut candy, Mao Dien rice rolls...

With 20 stylized booths featuring the architecture and images of Kinh Bac - Bac Ninh villages, the area for organizing the Three Regions Folk Cake Festival and connecting Bac Ninh tourism in 2024 is arranged in 3 sub-areas including: Quan Ho folk song performance stage area, Dong Ngu water puppet performance, introducing traditional craft villages; Performance area, introducing and displaying folk cakes from regions and provinces; Area introducing specialties, agricultural products, OCOP, traditional cuisine of Bac Ninh province.

During the 3 days (from October 11-13), there will be many outstanding and exciting activities such as: Demonstration of the process of making traditional cakes from three regions by famous artisans. Activities to experience traditional crafts: Dong Ho folk paintings, Phu Lang pottery...

Coming to the Three Regions Traditional Cake Festival and connecting Bac Ninh tourism, visitors can also enjoy diverse and rich traditional folk art forms such as Quan Ho Folk Heritage performance, Dong Ngu water puppetry... performed by artists and artisans from clubs in Bac Ninh province. Especially, in the evenings there will be a very special fireworks display.

In particular, on October 13, 2024, the program to announce the Shennong Tower as the world's largest rice grain-shaped stone mortar tower will take place, organized and announced by World Kings. Previously, on May 20, 2023, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Record Association and the Vietnam Record Organization awarded the Vietnam Record title to the unique model called "Shennong Tower - The largest rice grain-shaped stone mortar tower in Vietnam".

The 15m high Shennong Tower, divided into 5 floors, is made up of 1,012 stone mortars arranged on the outside, and inside is a solid concrete column frame. The tower is shaped like a vertical rice grain, creating both a landscape and serving as an experiential cultural education model. The tower is equipped with a sound and color system to help change the vivid colors according to the process of green rice grains to ripe yellow rice grains.
