Unlike the previous two seasons - exploiting Vietnamese folklore, this time the play was inspired by European fairy tales, putting on a new and creative coat. The story revolves around the kingdom of Thien Thach, where the king, because he loved his sick princess so much, recklessly stole the lynx pearl - the national treasure of the Meo Meo kingdom. Hoang Meo, the powerful lord of cats, was extremely angry and placed a curse on the kingdom of Thien Thach: anyone in the royal family who lied would have a giant nose.

The play incorporates many valuable lessons.

Tragedy struck on the princess's 16th birthday, after a lie, the curse came true and Princess Thạch Anh's nose suddenly swelled strangely. Since then, the disaster spread throughout the kingdom, anyone who was dishonest would suffer the same fate with an oversized nose. Instead of bravely facing and correcting his mistakes, the king of Thiên Thạch, blinded by love for his son, continued to slide into lies. He decreed that a big nose was the symbol of beauty and imprisoned all the people who still had normal noses. This disastrous decision plunged the kingdom into unprecedented chaos.

After losing the precious gem, Hoang Meo also gradually lost his power. The weak cat kingdom was taken over by the dogs, forcing all the cat subjects into exile. Faced with that situation, Princess Thach Anh realized her heavy responsibility and determined to set out to dispel the curse, returning a peaceful life to the people of the two kingdoms. Accompanying the princess was Prince Bach Mieu of the Meo Meo kingdom. On the challenging journey, a very precious friendship blossomed between them.

The play has invested heavily in the setting. The stage is designed to be grand, poetic and mysterious, in the standard European fairy tale style. The costumes of the characters are also meticulously cared for, brilliant and splendid. In particular, the scenery is built in detail with a multi-layered structure, making the most of the height and depth of the stage, bringing beautiful and vivid scenes.

The musical-inspired production quickly received positive feedback from young audiences right from the first performances. Meritorious Artist Minh Nhi, a dedicated teacher, took the initiative to step back, creating more space for the young actors to shine. In particular, artist Binh Tinh brought a big surprise when taking on the role of Princess Thach Anh.

Coming from the Dong Au Bach Long group, Binh Tinh is no stranger to performing for children and is always ready to challenge herself. She portrayed a strong and dynamic princess, skillfully showing off her strengths through sweet vọng cổ verses. The detail of spitting out pearls to repay favor was inspired by the classic performance Hồ Nguyệt Cô hóa Cáo , creating a unique highlight through the ancient tuong performances, helping children have the opportunity to learn more about the beauty of traditional art.

Artist Binh Tinh's daughter, Bella, also appeared in the play as a young princess, adding to the excitement for the audience. The success of the play also came from the harmonious and witty acting of famous actors such as Gia Bao, Le Quoc Nam, Hoang Meo, Le Nam, Tan Tre, Maika, Di Duong, Thach Thao, Bao Bao, Trung Tin... Each person has their own style, contributing significantly to fully conveying the message and bringing refreshing moments of entertainment.

The Big Nose Princess and the Meo Meo Kingdom is not only an entertaining play but also cleverly incorporates many valuable lessons. The play emphasizes the importance of honesty and the unpredictable consequences of lies. Through Princess Thach Anh's journey of redemption, children will deeply feel the sense of responsibility, the courage to face mistakes and the effort to correct them. In addition, the play also promotes sacrifice for the sake of justice, for friends and sends a strong message about respecting other people's property.
