Recently, the Ministry of Construction has issued a plan to implement the Prime Minister 's directives, aiming to improve the real estate market and develop social housing.
Notably, the Ministry of Construction has assigned the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management to study and propose a pilot project for a real estate and land use rights transaction center model managed by the State. This model will aim at electronic transactions, aiming to improve management efficiency and enhance the openness and transparency of real estate transactions in the market.

In addition, the Ministry of Construction's information center will coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security to update, complete, and operate the national database system on housing and real estate market connected to the national database on population, notarization, land, investment, and construction activities.

Regarding the promotion of social housing development, the Ministry of Construction assigned the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management to coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture and related units to urge localities to review and supplement planning, arrange planning, and land funds. At the same time, the Ministry requested units to strictly implement the regulation of reserving 20% of land funds for social housing in housing projects and urban areas.
At the same time, the Ministry of Construction Inspectorate will strengthen inspection, examination and handling of violations in the implementation of laws on social housing development.
The Ministry of Construction also assigned units to coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security and People's Committees of provinces and cities to inspect, examine and review real estate business activities of enterprises, investors, real estate trading floors and real estate brokers in the area, especially in areas and projects with unusual price increases; promptly rectify, prevent and strictly handle violations according to authority...
