People can read the Draft Documents of the 14th Party Congress at the Post Office - Cultural Commune system nationwide.

Vietnam Post Corporation has coordinated with Nhan Dan Newspaper to deploy the delivery of the Draft Document to 7,461 Post Offices - Commune Culture (BĐ-VHX) nationwide. Accordingly, people nationwide will study, research and contribute opinions on the Draft Document to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh and General Director Chu Quang Hao introduced to the people the Draft Documents of the 14th Party Congress and some special publications of Nhan Dan Newspaper.

On October 28, Vietnam Post Corporation coordinated with Nhan Dan Newspaper to present the supplement "Announcing the full text of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party" and a number of special publications of Nhan Dan Newspaper to Dong Du Cultural Post Office (Bat Trang Commune, Hanoi); Da Trach Cultural Post Office and Hong Nam Commune Cultural Post Office (Hung Yen).

Pursuant to Document No. 18272-CV dated October 14, 2025 of the Party Central Office on the publication of the special supplement by Nhan Dan Newspaper "Announcing the full text of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party" (24 pages), Vietnam Post Corporation has simultaneously organized transportation to promptly deliver the supplement to readers nationwide. In the second issuance, the supplement continues to be deployed by Vietnam Post in coordination with Nhan Dan Newspaper at 7,461 BĐ-VHX nationwide.

Introducing to readers and local people present at the BĐ-VHX about the Party's policy in announcing the Draft documents to be submitted to the upcoming XIV Congress, Mr. Chu Quang Hao, General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation, emphasized: "With the role of a national postal enterprise with a public postal network of more than 13,000 service points, Vietnam Post is assigned to carry out the task of distributing Nhan Dan Newspaper and propaganda publications, helping people have the conditions to access, research and contribute opinions to the Draft documents".

People can read the Draft Documents of the 14th Party Congress at the commune-level People's Committee system nationwide.

General Director Chu Quang Hao said that through BD-VHX, Vietnam Post will become a bridge to listen to opinions, thoughts and suggestions of people in all regions on the Draft Documents to be submitted to the 14th Party Congress; at the same time, it will be a place to receive, synthesize and forward those valuable opinions to Nhan Dan Newspaper and the Central Committee.

Inspecting the implementation and presenting the supplement of the Draft documents to the 14th Congress, Mr. Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, highly appreciated the effectiveness of the coordination with Vietnam Post Corporation in bringing the Draft to the Social Affairs Departments nationwide, creating favorable conditions in terms of facilities for all people to easily access.

The Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper emphasized that in order for people across the country to be able to study and thoroughly understand the Draft Documents of the 14th Party Congress, the publication of the document in printed form is extremely important. The supplement published in printed form also has a QR code so that people can scan the code, thereby directly contributing comments to the document through the digital platform.

Experiencing reading the Draft Documents of the 14th Party Congress right at the local Post Office - Cultural Commune, Mr. Hoang Van Khoa (Bat Trang Commune, Hanoi ) commented that this is a breakthrough for Vietnam Post as well as Nhan Dan Newspaper in bringing the Draft to not only party members but also to all people across the country. Being published in printed form, people can more easily study the documents, especially the elderly, whose eyesight is poor and it is difficult to use mobile devices to read the full text of the Draft. In addition, when coming to the Post Office - Cultural Commune to read and study the Draft, people can also easily exchange with other party members and the masses about new points, breakthroughs or give additional comments on the Draft.

The coordination between Nhan Dan Newspaper and Vietnam Post in bringing the Draft Documents to the 14th National Party Congress to the Social Affairs Departments nationwide not only contributes to spreading the spirit of democracy, creating conditions for people to participate in contributing to Party building, but also once again affirms the role of Vietnam Post - the national postal enterprise, always a pioneer in carrying out political tasks, connecting the Party, the State and the People, bringing official information closer to every citizen in every region of the country.
