In particular, Vietnam's progress in administrative reform and openness in international cooperation have positioned Vietnam as a key partner in the global network of trusted digital nations. Some opinions also recommend that, in order for AI to truly serve the socio-economic development process to bring better lives to people, governments need to focus on building trustworthy digital infrastructure, developing responsible AI standards that protect privacy, fairness and transparency, etc.
