Man died hanging in acacia forest

On the afternoon of January 16, the leader of Cong Hoa commune (Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh ) said he had just received information that a man had died by hanging in the area.

Specifically, at around 1:45 p.m. the same day, people in Ngoai village (Cong Hoa commune) while working in the acacia forest discovered a man dead by hanging.

Immediately after receiving the news, the authorities of Cong Hoa commune were present at the scene to investigate. Through initial verification, the victim's identity was HVV (born in 1979, residing in hamlet 2, Son Hai village, Cong Hoa commune).

It is known that Mr. V. lives alone and was not at home 3 days ago. An acquaintance reported Mr. V. missing to the authorities.

Local authorities are currently coordinating to investigate the cause of the incident.
