Hanoians are proud of April 30

April 30th is a sacred milestone in the history of the Vietnamese people – the day the South was completely liberated and the country was unified. Joining the jubilant atmosphere of the whole country in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, the people of Hanoi – the children of the thousand-year-old capital – always welcome this important holiday with deep pride.
