On the afternoon of May 29, Mr. Huynh Phong Phu, owner of Phu Vinh lottery agency (in Ward 3, Tra Vinh city, Tra Vinh province) confirmed that he had just gone to Co Do district, Can Tho city to exchange 2 winning lottery tickets for a person on the same morning.

The winning number is 741386 of Can Tho Lottery One Member Co., Ltd., drawn on May 28.

According to Mr. Phu, the man who won the lottery jackpot worked as a coconut picker. He said that when he went to work, he sat down to drink water, a lottery seller passed by, so he bought a ticket and unexpectedly won the highest prize that afternoon.

"Because he saw that my lottery agent on Facebook was exchanging prizes, he called. I personally brought 3.6 billion VND (after tax) to exchange for this lucky customer," Mr. Phu added.

On the evening of May 29, speaking with Tuoi Tre Online, a leader of Can Tho Lottery One Member Co., Ltd. said that he had paid the prize to the above case.

Sharing the reason why many people in Tra Vinh continuously won the jackpot, Mr. Huynh Phong Phu said that because Tra Vinh's ticket source sold all the lottery stations during the day, while other provinces only sold 1 or 2 stations. The abundant ticket source made the probability of winning higher than in other places.

Thanks to that, the number of tickets sold by the agent every day reaches 100%. There are days when the agent only sells out the tickets in the morning, and in the afternoon, they sell tickets for the next day's station.
