On the afternoon of July 2, speaking with a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. LQN (born in 1985; residing in My Xuyen town, My Xuyen district, old Soc Trang province; now My Xuyen ward, Can Tho city) - the person who "accused" the store of CP Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as CP Vietnam Company) in My Xuyen of selling diseased pork and sick chicken with a foul odor - confirmed that he had received a notice of not prosecuting the case sent by the Investigation Police Agency of the (old) Soc Trang Provincial Police.

Mr. N. said that he had previously provided the images to the investigation agency, and the people already knew how the investigation agency verified, investigated, and came to this announcement. Therefore, he had no further comments. Now he was focused on treating his illness and selling duct tape to support his son's education.

"I still have dialysis three times a week. I have no further comments after receiving the notice from the police. The people already know everything," Mr. N. shared.

As reported, on May 30, on the social network Facebook of the account "Jonny Lieu" posted information about "Complaint about violation of food safety law". The complainant is Mr. LQN

The complaint stated that " Vietnam Joint Stock Company used diseased pork and chicken with a foul odor to sell to Freshop in My Xuyen - Soc Trang... and included many pictures of pigs showing signs of disease."

As a result, the Investigation Police Agency of Soc Trang province (old) decided not to prosecute the criminal case against Mr. N.'s crime report because his behavior showed no signs of violating food safety and hygiene regulations.
