Promoting its existing potential and strengths, Tri Ton district has deployed and organized many exciting and attractive cultural, sports and tourism activities, attracting a large number of people and tourists to visit and experience. In which, it made its mark with the first Ho Chi Minh City Paragliding Competition, with the theme "Elite Landing"; coordinating with Vietnam Rural Magazine to organize the "Tri Ton Half Marathon 2025 - Returning to the legendary land". At the same time, organizing the Artistic Kite Flying Competition, football, volleyball, folk games on the sidelines of the marathon. Although it was the first time to organize, the tournament attracted about 3,000 domestic and foreign athletes to participate.
Many cultural, sports and tourist activities attract a large number of visitors.

Notable are the Khmer Theravada pagoda; the field of cajuput; specialties such as grilled chicken, pickled papaya, grilled frog... Le Thi Thanh Thuy (Long Xuyen City) said that Tri Ton is a familiar tourist destination for her and her family and relatives. "Tri Ton has its own beauty at each time of the year. In addition, I am also impressed by the friendly people, delicious food and unique cultural values of the Khmer ethnic minority here" - Thuy shared.
According to the People's Committee of Tri Ton district, in the first quarter of 2025, the tourism development situation has many positive points. In order to attract tourists, the district has directed the cultural sector to promote propaganda, promote the image, and prepare carefully to welcome visitors; embellish the landscape, build the image of a green - clean - beautiful environment; strengthen inspection and supervision of the quality of services in tourist areas and attractions, ensure food hygiene and safety, prevent and fight fires and explosions, security and order, and protect the tourism environment.
The number of tourists coming to the district increased by 23%
The above activities contribute to attracting tourists to Tri Ton district. In the first quarter of 2025, the locality welcomed nearly 450,000 visitors, an increase of 23% over the same period.
