Many practical activities were held at the 10th Congress of Women Representatives of the Ministry of Public Security.

In implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/ĐUCA dated September 5, 2025, of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security on leading the Congresses of political and social organizations in the People's Public Security Force for the 2025-2030 term, with the approval of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security , the Women's Association of the Ministry of Public Security is organizing the 10th Congress of Women's Associations of the Ministry of Public Security, for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress's activities took place over three days, from December 15 to 17, 2025, with many important and practical contents:

On the afternoon of December 15th, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Public Security (47 Pham Van Dong Street, Hanoi), the Women's Association of the Ministry of Public Security held the opening ceremony of an exhibition themed "Pioneering in the Digital Age". On the same day, General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, and Minister of Public Security, will meet with the delegation of Youth, Women, and Trade Union representatives attending the 3rd Congress of Ministry-level Organizations at the Ministry of Public Security Auditorium (96 Nguyen Du Street, Hanoi).

On December 16th, the first session of the 10th Congress of Women Representatives of the Ministry of Public Security was held at the auditorium at 80 Tran Quoc Hoan Street, Hanoi . Immediately afterwards, the conference summarizing the emulation movement of women in the Public Security force for the period 2022–2025 will take place.

On the afternoon of the 16th, the Congress held group discussions focusing on four key themes: Building a strong, professional, and effective Women's Union organization; Solutions to improve the effectiveness of female cadre work, contributing to building a regular, elite, and modern People's Public Security force; Solutions to effectively implement current emulation movements among women in the People's Public Security; and Solutions to improve the effectiveness of family and child welfare work within the Women's Union at all levels of the Ministry of Public Security.

On the morning of December 17th, delegates attending the Congress will offer incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House within the premises of the Ministry of Public Security headquarters (47 Pham Van Dong, Hanoi). Following the incense offering ceremony, the second session of the 10th Congress of Women Delegates of the Ministry of Public Security will officially be held in the main hall of the Ministry of Public Security headquarters.

The 10th Congress is an opportunity to honor the silent but persistent contributions; and at the same time, affirm a new determination towards the goal of genuine gender equality – the comprehensive development of women in the People's Police Force – and a strong contribution to the cause of national security protection.
