On May 10, Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Dak Lak) held a ceremony to celebrate the 60th anniversary of International Nursing Day to pay tribute to generations of nurses who have made many contributions to the healthcare sector in recent times.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Luu Viet Tinh, Vice Principal of Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy, said that over 60 years of formation and development, the nursing profession worldwide has continuously grown, affirming its position and indispensable role in the healthcare system.
"You students are not only the hope and future of the nursing industry in our country, but also the ones who will inherit and continue to write the glorious history of the industry. I hope that you will always keep in your hearts the passion for your chosen profession, constantly strive to study, improve your professional knowledge, practice your practical skills and, most importantly, always maintain and promote pure medical ethics," said Dr. Luu Viet Tinh.

At the ceremony, Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy signed a cooperation agreement with Dak Lak Employment Service Center, strengthening training and practice links and expanding job opportunities for students.
At the same time, the school awarded prizes to students in the "BMU Nursing Race", an academic and skills playground held to celebrate the industry's big holiday.
