In October 2025, the Ministry of Science and Technology submitted to the Prime Minister to deploy 4 strategic technology products from October 31 and set a target of deploying the remaining products in December 2025.
The above information was given by Mr. Ha Minh Hiep, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology at the regular October Press Conference organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology on the morning of October 31.
Reviewing the outstanding policies in the past 9 months, Mr. Ha Minh Hiep said that regarding institutional removal and promulgation of regulations to substantially implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, the Ministry of Science and Technology has issued the National Digital Master Architecture, as a basis for ministries, branches and localities to build their own architectures to ensure consistency and avoid scattered and overlapping investments.
In addition, 84 national digital platforms were also issued, of which 28 platforms are operated by ministries, branches and localities, many administrative procedures are carried out online, essentially to serve and support two-level local authorities.
According to Mr. Ha Minh Hiep, the Law on Science, Technology and Innovation 2025 has further emphasized that it has solved difficulties not only in finance but also in human resources, scientific and technological information, implementation processes and ordering. "It can be said that the Law on Science, Technology and Innovation has comprehensively resolved the problems that have existed for many years," the Chief of Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology added.
Up to now, the Ministry has completed the Science, Technology and Innovation Initiative Portal. This is the Portal to receive initiatives, feedback and recommendations from localities in the fields of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.
The output of these initiatives will be included in the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) as input to the fund so that science and technology tasks can be formed so that the state can support them. "The initiatives will not only stop at us recognizing them but will also have support from the State," said Mr. Ha Minh Hiep./.
