On April 21, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation met with voters of Hai Duong City and Tu Ky District before the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

At the meeting, the representative of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province announced the expected content of the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly, reported the results of responding to voters' petitions, and the results of receiving citizens' petitions since the 8th session.
Voters in all localities expressed their consensus and high agreement with the implementation of the policy of streamlining the apparatus, rearranging commune-level administrative units and the plan to merge Hai Duong province with Hai Phong city.
Many voters hope that there will be a suitable solution to support the settlement of administrative procedures, facilitate civil servants and public employees when changing the location of the provincial administrative center; prevent localism and localism; facilitate people to convert documents when arranging administrative units at all levels...
Voters in Hai Duong City requested attention to resolving the regime for former youth volunteers; making monthly policy payments on time; speeding up the construction of drainage lines in the city and soon completing the roads after construction; removing obstacles, speeding up the progress of granting land use right certificates, etc.
Voters in Tu Ky district suggested that attention should be paid to handling public headquarters to avoid wasting public assets after the merger. Voters suggested solving the water pollution problem of Bac Hung Hai canal; strengthening prevention of online fraud crimes, illegal drug trafficking, etc.
Voters also expressed their indignation and requested clarification of responsibilities and strict handling of cases of production and trading of fake milk and fake medicine; at the same time, measures to propagate, guide and advise people to buy genuine products are taken.
Many opinions and recommendations of voters were answered by local leaders at the conference.
Speaking at the meetings with voters, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, shared the opinions and recommendations of voters, especially issues whose resolution is still slow.
He said that some cases were delayed in being resolved due to problems related to legal regulations and jurisdiction. In some cases, the province had requested the Central Government to consider resolving them. Along with the solutions of the authorities, he asked voters to continue to closely follow the progress of handling the above-mentioned cases so that their opinions and recommendations could contribute to a final resolution.
Providing information on some orientations for arranging cadres and civil servants when arranging administrative units at all levels, the Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation said that implementing the streamlining of the apparatus and arranging administrative units at all levels this time has many advantages.
