At the conference, representatives of enterprises and business households expressed their opinions related to online tax payment, tax refund procedures; labor registration, shortening the time to process certified copies of documents; participating in social insurance for business households... In addition, there were issues related to rectifying order on the sidewalks of Bui Vien Western Street and Ben Thanh Market.

In return, the leader of Ben Thanh Ward said that due to the limited headquarter, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and the ward's political system had to use 5 different headquarters. This partly affected the quality of service for people and businesses. In particular, the ward's Public Administration Service Center has a small area but the number of records received each day increased 4 times compared to before.

Secretary of Ben Thanh Ward Party Committee Hoang Thi To Nga acknowledged the opinions of businesses and traders, considering this an important document for the ward to discuss and determine key tasks at the Ward Party Congress to be held next week. The ward will propose recommendations beyond its authority to the city's agencies for resolution and response.
