The leaders of the District People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives with outstanding achievements in performing their tasks.

Direct the operation of pumping stations to serve flood drainage, thereby limiting damage to rice and crop areas and flooding in residential and urban areas in the area.

Regarding the damage to rice, crops, and aquatic products affecting productivity and output in the agricultural sector, the District People's Committee has directed the establishment of working groups to directly go to the area to review, inspect, and assess the damage situation, and advise the District People's Committee to report to competent authorities to request support for people to ensure regulations.

After listening to representatives of units and localities contributing ideas to build the 2025 disaster prevention and control plan, the Head of the District Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue Command emphasized that units need to take "prevention as the main task", ensuring absolute safety for disaster prevention and control works and protecting the lives and property of the State and the People.

Strengthen information and communication activities, provide guidance on prevention and response skills for common types of natural disasters (especially storms, tropical depressions, floods, landslides). Strengthen the Commune-level Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue, organize training and capacity building for members; at the same time, develop response plans for all levels of natural disaster risks, to organize implementation in accordance with the actual situation in the area.
