Develop and direct the implementation of the Administrative Reform Plan for the period 2021 - 2025, promote the application of information technology in the management and operation of the system of state management agencies on ethnic affairs at all levels. Complete the database system and information and reporting regime on ethnic affairs from the central to grassroots levels, in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management on ethnic affairs, develop coordination regulations between ministries, branches and localities in organizing the implementation of the Ethnic Affairs Strategy for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2045, ensuring clear assignment and division of tasks, and effective coordination between relevant agencies and organizations.
