Ninh Giang develops production in the direction of concentration and specialization.

On the afternoon of June 21, Ninh Giang District Party Committee held a mid-term review of the implementation of the Resolution of the 25th District Party Congress and the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

According to the report, since the beginning of the term, the Ninh Giang District Party Executive Committee has improved the quality of the emulation movement to build grassroots party organizations. In 2021, the rate of grassroots party organizations completing their tasks well reached 88.63%, of which 20.5% completed their tasks excellently, with no weak grassroots party organizations; the rate of party members completing their tasks well accounted for 84.38%. In 2022, the rate of grassroots party organizations completing their tasks well reached 91%, of which 20% completed their tasks excellently, with no weak grassroots party organizations; the rate of party members completing their tasks well accounted for 85%. Since the beginning of the term, the district has admitted 351 party members.

Of the 18 main targets for the 2020-2025 period, 16 targets have been achieved and exceeded the planned progress. Notably, the agricultural production value in the area in the 2020-2023 period reached 9,566 billion VND, an average increase of 3.7%/year (the congress target is to increase by 2%/year).

To achieve the above results, the district has well implemented the Project "Applying scientific and technical advances to production to increase the value of agricultural products of the district"; completed the annual agricultural production plan; developed concentrated commodity production, promoted production mechanization. The area of fruit trees and perennial trees has been maintained stably. Livestock, poultry and aquaculture farming continue to develop, associated with proactive measures to prevent and control epidemics.

Some other targets were achieved with good results compared to the congress's target such as: Average income per capita/year by 2023 reaching 65.6 million VND; value of harvested products on 1 hectare of cultivated land and aquaculture in 2023 reaching 172 million VND/ha; rate of cultural families reaching 91.65%; rate of cultural villages and residential areas reaching 100%; rate of cultural agencies and units reaching 97%...

Increase investment attraction to renovate and upgrade regional markets, continue to implement investment in the Ve market construction project (Dong Tam commune), complete Ninh Giang town market, invest in the Bui market construction project (Tan Quang commune).

Maintain stable operations of industrial, handicraft and construction production facilities; improve the quality and efficiency of existing craft villages. Create conditions for organizations and individuals to invest in service industries. Direct and organize well the work of receiving investment for investment projects in the district. Implement well the projects of the Provincial Party Committee, District Party Committee, 3 breakthrough tasks and 3 key projects according to the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 25th Ninh Giang District Party Congress.
