Nissan N6 2026 from only 374 million VND, "rival" of Toyota Camry

The 2026 Nissan N6 plug-in hybrid has started taking orders in China with an extremely attractive price, starting from only 106,900 Yuan (about 374 million VND).

Following the success of the N7 electric car, the Dongfeng Nissan joint venture has introduced a completely new plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV) called the N6 in the Chinese market. The company has now opened deposits for this model with prices starting from only 106,900 yuan (about 374 million VND). Although cheap, the Nissan N6 is quite fully equipped right from the standard version.

The Nissan N6 first appeared in August 2025 on the website of the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. True to the initial images, the car has a design style quite similar to its older brother, the Nissan N7. Although sharing a design language, the two sedans produced by the Dongfeng Nissan joint venture do not share any body panels and have different sizes.

Compared to the N7, the Nissan N6 is slightly smaller with dimensions of length x width x height of 4,831 x 1,885 x 1,491 mm and a wheelbase of 2,815 mm, with a luggage compartment capacity of 570 liters. With this size, the car is in the D-class sedan segment, competing with the Toyota Camry and Honda Accord.

When purchasing the 2026 Nissan N6, Chinese customers can choose from three versions: Pro, Max, and Max+, all of which share the same technical platform. The standard Pro version has 17-inch wheels, an electric sunroof, ambient interior lighting, a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel, and a 14.6-inch infotainment screen.

In the highest-end version Max+, the car is equipped with a 15.6-inch central touch screen and a driver's seat called "pressure-free rattan seat". The seat is integrated with 49 pressure sensors, can be electrically adjusted in 14 directions/cooled/heated/massaged and comes with a calf support and backrest.

Other highlights of the Nissan N6 include anti-motion sickness technology, facial recognition for the driver, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8775 chip in the high version and 8155 chip in the lower versions. More advanced driving assistance features are also equipped for this model.

While its "brother" N7 runs entirely on electricity, the new 2026 Nissan N6 sedan is different thanks to the internal combustion engine under the hood, although most of the operation is still done by the electric motor.

The car's PHEV powertrain delivers a combined output of 208 horsepower and 320 Nm of peak torque, allowing for a 0-100 km/h time of 6.8 seconds. The 21.1 kWh LFP battery provides a pure electric range of 180 km on China's CLTC cycle.

In the Chinese market, Nissan N6 2026 is a direct competitor of Toyota Camry, Deepal L06, Changan Qiyuan A06, Geely Galaxy Starshine 6, BYD Qin L, Geely Galaxy A7... in the D-class sedan segment in China.

The Nissan N6 is expected to be delivered to customers from December 8, 2025. During the N6 launch event, Nissan also announced that by the end of 2027, the company will add four new SUV models with pure electric, plug-in hybrid and extended range (EREV) configurations.
