Ensure transportation
The Department of Construction has requested bus stations and transport businesses to proactively arrange vehicles to promptly meet passenger transport needs; ensure traffic infrastructure; strengthen inspection and management of regulations on transport business and traffic safety; register, declare ticket prices and sell tickets at listed prices. The Department of Construction also requested bus companies and stations to enhance their sense of responsibility in serving passengers before, during and after the holidays.
Up to this point, bus companies have publicly announced, registered vehicles, and ticket prices during the peak travel period of April 30 and May 1. Specifically, Sao Trading and Transport Company Limited announced ticket prices for the Ho Chi Minh City - Phu Yen route from April 29-30 ranging from 430,000-700,000 VND/ticket, an increase of 38-40%. This price is also applied to the Phu Yen - Ho Chi Minh City route on May 2-3. Moc Thao Tourism Service Joint Stock Company announced ticket prices for the Binh Duong - La Hai Bus Station route from April 29-30 ranging from 390,000-780,000 VND/ticket, an increase of 40%. This price is also applied to the La Hai Bus Station - Binh Duong route on May 3-4. For shorter routes such as Phu Yen - Da Nang, Phu Yen - Quy Nhon, this company also has a slight price increase of 17-25% during peak days.
On the occasion of the April 30 holiday, the Railway sector also proactively increased trips and opened ticket sales very early to serve a large number of passengers traveling between the North and South during the days of celebrating the country's liberation. Right from the first days of sales, more than 76,000 train tickets were sold out quickly. It is expected that Vietnam Railways Corporation will organize 32 more trains to meet the maximum demand of passengers. In particular, on April 29, train SE1 departing from Hanoi station and train SE4 departing from Saigon station will meet on April 30 at Da Nang station. The Railway sector organized a program to see off the "Reunification Train" at Hanoi and Saigon stations and a program to welcome the two trains meeting at Da Nang station on April 30 with many gifts for passengers. At this time, the Railway sector recommends that people when taking the train should arrive at the station about 30 minutes before departure time to avoid missing the train.
Strengthening traffic safety
Implementing the plan of the Provincial People's Committee and the Traffic Police Department, the Traffic Police Department and the Provincial Police have carried out a peak period to ensure order and traffic safety on the occasion of the April 30 and May 1 holidays as well as to improve the effectiveness of handling violations according to Decree 168 of the Government . The focus of the plan is to seriously implement plans and schemes to ensure order and traffic safety for the parade and march to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; continue to deploy and strictly implement the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and Decree 168 to maintain people's habit of obeying road traffic laws.
Specifically, the Traffic Police Department will focus on controlling violations of road transport activities, such as: carrying more people than the prescribed number; transporting overloaded or oversized goods; stopping, parking, picking up and dropping off passengers in the wrong place; not installing or installing but not using journey monitoring devices; violating alcohol and drug concentrations; speeding; avoiding and overtaking in violation of regulations; driving in the wrong part of the road or lane; driving in a way that obstructs traffic, weaving, swerving, illegal racing, disturbing public order, etc.
The goal of the Traffic Police Department is to ensure smooth traffic; strive to reduce traffic accidents in a sustainable manner; and at the same time aim to create a healthy and cultured traffic environment, raising people's awareness of law enforcement on order and traffic safety.

On railway routes, the Traffic Police Department coordinates with the Railway sector to inspect and handle violations that cause loss of railway traffic safety, especially at level crossings and self-opened paths. The inland waterway traffic sector is also tightened on all routes in the management area, especially key and complicated routes and areas, tourist waterways from the shore to the island; strictly control illegal or unqualified wharves...

The unit's goal is to ensure smooth traffic; strive to reduce traffic accidents in a sustainable manner; at the same time, aim to create a healthy and civilized traffic environment, raising people's awareness of law enforcement on order and traffic safety. In addition, the Traffic Police Department also deploys regular forces on key national and provincial highways, especially on routes with high traffic volume to promptly regulate and support people to participate in smooth traffic, avoiding traffic congestion during peak days.
