In 2022, Mr. Dang Van Phong (in Viet Hung residential group, Dong Cao ward) was able to borrow 50 million VND from the provincial People's Credit Fund. Along with this capital, he added nearly 50 million VND from his family to install a net house system for 4 sao of vegetables. He shared: Since investing in the net house system, production has been more favorable, vegetables can be grown all year round without being dependent on the weather, and pests and diseases have also been significantly reduced.
Currently, in addition to vegetable seeds and main-season vegetables, Mr. Phong's family has increased the production of off-season vegetables; the yield of vegetables, tubers and fruits has increased from 4 quintals to 5.5 quintals/sao, the economic value has increased by 30-40% compared to before. He hopes that in the coming time, he will continue to receive support from all levels and sectors to establish a cooperative to produce safe vegetables on a larger scale.

Mr. Ta Hong Ha - Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Pho Yen City said: Since 2017, the City Farmers' Association has developed a project to establish and mobilize the Farmers' Association Fund for the period 2017-2020. To develop the fund, the Association has promoted the participation of cadres, members and people of all walks of life in the area to contribute, and mobilized businesses and cooperatives to support. Every year, the Association advises the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, proposing to supplement the fund's capital from the local budget.
Currently, the total source of the Farmers' Association Fund at all levels managed by the Farmers' Association of Pho Yen City is 7.7 billion VND to implement 17 projects with 166 borrowers. Of which, the capital mobilized by the Association is over 1.3 billion VND (the highest in the province); the capital entrusted from the Central Farmers' Association Fund is 1 billion VND, the provincial level is 3.5 billion VND; the transferred budget capital is 1.9 billion VND. The implemented projects focus on the fields of livestock, cultivation, and professional services suitable to the characteristics, strengths, and needs of the communes and wards.
According to the assessment, 100% of borrowers paid the principal and fees on time, with no overdue debt. Lending capital from the Farmers' Credit Fund has helped farmers have investment capital, expand production scale, increase income, improve living standards, and contribute to the socio-economic development of the locality. The projects of the Farmers' Credit Fund have motivated farmers to become rich and become good producers and traders at all levels.
In 2023, the Farmers' Association at all levels of Pho Yen City guided the establishment of 4 cooperatives and 1 cooperative (raising the total number of cooperatives and cooperatives in the area to 23 models), 2 professional farmer associations; 100% of the branches built association funds, with an average of 153,000 VND/member. Every year, more than 8,000 members achieve the title of excellent farmers and businessmen at all levels.
