The University of Science (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) announced the enrollment plan for grade 10 of the High School for the Gifted in Natural Sciences (KHTN) in 2025.
This year, the total enrollment target for the school is 525 students with specialized classes in Math, Biology, IT, Physics, and Chemistry. Each candidate can register for a maximum of 2 specialized subjects. Candidates should note that they cannot register for specialized subjects held at the same time.

All candidates are required to take 3 general subjects: Math (round 1), Literature, English. These are 3 conditional subjects.
Candidates choose to take the specialized subjects: Math (round 2) for Math and IT specialized classes; IT for IT specialized classes; Natural Science - Chemistry knowledge and skills for Chemistry specialized classes; Natural Science - Biology knowledge and skills for Biology specialized classes; Natural Science - Physics knowledge and skills for Physics specialized classes. Candidates take the specialized subjects in 150 minutes in essay format.

Exam results will be announced before June 24. Expected admission date is July 10.
This year, according to the admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , KTTN High School for the Gifted will organize an entrance exam and will not consider direct admission as in previous years.
