What violation did the female Head of the Dong Hoi City THADS Sub-Department commit?

(NLDO) – The Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Dong Hoi City ( Quang Binh ) did not comply with the instructions of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement and the inspection conclusions.

On February 13, the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee announced that it had just conducted an inspection when there were signs of violations against the Party Cell of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department (CJD) of Dong Hoi City, term 2020-2025, and the Party Cell Secretary - Branch Head Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan.

The inspection results showed that the Party Committee of the Dong Hoi City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department had shortcomings in advising on the development and implementation of the Party Cell's working regulations, as well as failing to lead cadres and party members to properly comply with the directions of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement and inspection conclusions.

For this incident to happen, the main responsibility is determined to belong to the Party Cell Executive Committee, in which the head responsibility belongs to Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan - Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Dong Hoi City THADS Sub-Department.

The Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission agreed to review and discipline the Party Cell of the Dong Hoi City Department of Natural Resources and Environment and Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan.

Review and consider the responsibility of the two party members involved.

Request the Standing Committee of Dong Hoi City Party Committee to strengthen leadership and direction of inspection and supervision of the implementation of working regulations and assigned political tasks.
