Young female teacher has many initiatives in teaching

With her passion and dedication to her profession, young female teacher Dang Thi Nin (33 years old, teacher at Hoa Phu Primary School, Hoa Vang district) has many initiatives and solutions applied in teaching, contributing to improving the quality of education in schools.

In May 2025, teacher Dang Thi Nin was one of 10 outstanding individuals commended by the Hoa Vang District Party Committee for being typical in implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting learning and following ideology, morality, and style.

Ms. Nin said that she has made great efforts to complete her professional tasks excellently, bringing peace of mind, trust from parents and love from generations of students for her. From the 2019-2020 school year up to now, she has had many topics and initiatives in teaching. Notable topics are: Developing communication skills for grade 2 students in teaching Vietnamese subject according to the VNEN model; Some measures to improve students' thinking ability through math problem solving activities to find unknown components of calculations in grades 2 and 3; Training and developing critical thinking for grade 3 students through coordination between teachers and parents; Some solutions to inherit and promote the advantages of the VNEN model in effectively teaching the 2018 generaleducation program for grade 3; Some solutions to create interest and improve the quality of paragraph writing for 3rd grade students at Hoa Phu Primary School and Some measures to expand and develop vocabulary to improve the quality of Vietnamese language for students at Hoa Phu Primary School.

All 6 of these topics were recognized by the People's Committee of Hoa Vang district as educational initiatives and applied to practical teaching. In 2021, Ms. Nin was honored to receive the title of "Outstanding Young Teacher at the City Level" and in 2022 received the "White Chalk of Hoa Vang District" award; for many years, she has achieved the titles of "Excellent Teacher" and "Excellent Homeroom Teacher" at all levels.

Ms. Nin is very enthusiastic about the initiative Some solutions to create interest and improve the quality of writing paragraphs for 3rd grade students. According to her, during the teaching process, students are often not interested, the classroom atmosphere is quite quiet. "The topic provides solutions for implementation and practical application. As a result, students are more interested in participating in writing activities. The students' paragraphs also improve. They use different expressive words to make their writing richer and more personal," Ms. Nin shared.

Ms. Nin is an exemplary young party member, a pioneer in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style; admitted to the party in 2020 and has been recognized as a party member with excellent performance for 4 consecutive years. She actively participates in writing entries for the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" model contest and many other contests.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam, Party Cell Secretary and Principal of Hoa Phu Primary School, commented: Ms. Dang Thi Nin is a teacher who loves her job, has good political qualities, good expertise and is always dedicated to imparting knowledge to her students in the most understandable way. Her initiatives are consistent with the school's teaching practices. The lessons always bring excitement and effectiveness to the students. Ms. Nin is an exemplary teacher, always gets along with the group, is loved by colleagues and trusted by leaders when assigning tasks.
