This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the patriotism and responsibility of young people towards important national events.
According to the announcement, 7 schools under Ho Chi Minh City National University will select 295 female students, including 250 official students and 45 reserve students.
Selection criteria are female students with good academic scores and training scores of 80 points or higher, good health, and height of 1.65m or higher.
The training period is about 3 months according to the detailed plan of the program organizers and the Ho Chi Minh City Command, expected to start from June 2025.

After the schools complete their selection, the Ho Chi Minh City Command will directly organize the screening and selection of official personnel at the units. All costs will be covered by the program organizers and the Ho Chi Minh City Command.
A representative of the University of Natural Sciences said the school recruited 45 female students (including 30 official and 15 reserve) to participate in this activity.
Regarding training time, this unit said that students will practice in 2 phases. Phase 1 will focus and practice at the Ho Chi Minh City Command Headquarters until May 31, with Saturday and Sunday off expected. In phase 2, students will practice in Hanoi from June 1 to September 7.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Science said that during the participation period, students are allowed to take a semester off. However, participating students must have the consent of their parents and need to commit to fully participating throughout the prescribed time.
The University of Economics and Law is currently recruiting 40 female students for this activity. The school will receive registration documents and conduct a preliminary check of the conditions required by the organizing committee before sending the list.

Having experience participating in the parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification on April 30, Ho Nguyen Minh Thong, a student at Ton Duc Thang University, said that the biggest challenge during the training process was to maintain perseverance and consistency in each step, because if just one person missed a beat, the whole group would be affected.
However, according to the female student, overcoming those difficulties, she learned discipline, team spirit and determination to never give up.
"This process also helped me understand more about the connection between individuals, the power of team spirit and the pride of being part of a young team," Minh Thong shared.
Following those meaningful experiences, Le Thi Cam Ngoc, a student at Gia Dinh University, advised students to boldly register to participate if they are qualified.
Ngoc shared: "This is not only an opportunity to train yourself in willpower, perseverance and physical strength, but more especially, it is an opportunity for each student to contribute a small part to the country's important historical event. Surely these will be unforgettable memories in your student life."
