On the evening of November 18, social networks shared a video recording the image of a female student being beaten up in a school restroom.
According to the recorded images, the victim was grabbed by the hair and thrown to the bathroom floor by a group of 4 other female students wearing vocational school uniforms. The group of female students punched and kicked her repeatedly in the head, leaving the victim holding her head and enduring the beating.
While the female student was being beaten, some people stood by and watched, using their phones to record it, but no one intervened.
According to the reporter's investigation, the incident occurred at a vocational college in Dong Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City.


Ms. LTH (residing in Thuan Giao ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that the female student beaten in the video is her daughter. The victim is TLTL (born in 2009).
According to Ms. H., after finishing 9th grade, her daughter enrolled in the above college to both study vocational training (intermediate level) and general cultural knowledge.
After being beaten, the female student suffered from tinnitus and could not hear. She was in a state of panic and had to go to a medical facility for examination and treatment and was absent from school for 10 days.
Regarding the above incident, the leader of Dong Hoa Ward People's Committee said that it happened in August 2025 and has been handled.
The victim's family also confirmed that the incident happened in August and that images of the fight have only now appeared on social media.
