Clip: Deep flood water, Rao Tre village, Huong Khe ( Ha Tinh ) with 156 people completely isolated.
The spillway bridge over the Ngan Sau River is solidly built with reinforced concrete, about 6-7m wide and about 120m long. This is the only route connecting the center of Huong Lien commune to Rao Tre village and part of village 1. When the spillway bridge is deeply flooded, it causes separation and isolation of Rao Tre village and part of village 1 from the center of the commune.
