Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh was appointed Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, was elected by Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

On the afternoon of September 17, the 18th term Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council held the 33rd session (special session) to decide on a number of contents under its authority and personnel work.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, was elected by the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term, replacing Mr. Do Minh Tuan.

Earlier, on the same morning, the Central Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the transfer, assignment and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
