Parkway Promotions supports more than 11,000 patients who need to go to Singapore for treatment

Recently, Parkway Promotions Medical Representative Office held a ceremony to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its establishment in Vietnam (2004-2024).

The program looks back at the journey the Office has gone through with its initial mission of being a bridge between the healthcare systems of the two countries, Singapore and Vietnam.

During this journey, the Office has organized more than 120 seminars to share knowledge, progress in treatment and diagnosis of many serious diseases with the community, organized in all regions of the country from Hanoi , to neighboring provinces such as Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Hai Duong to Lang Son, Lao Cai.

Not only that, the office also has specialized seminars in Vinh - Nghe An, Hue, Da Nang in the Central region and in the South such as Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau.

In addition to seminars to raise public awareness and knowledge, Parkway Promotions Medical Representative Office has also organized more than 50 professional seminars and participated in exchange of treatment experiences between Singaporean and Vietnamese doctors in both countries.

Ms. Pham Hong Linh, Head of Parkway Medical Representative Office in Hanoi, shared that sending experts from Singapore to Vietnam and vice versa, sending Vietnamese doctors to practice at hospitals in Singapore, has brought valuable knowledge and experience to both sides. Thereby, patients are the ones who benefit from the exchange between doctors.

Not only organizing seminars and practical famtrips for professionals as well as seminars and workshops sharing about care, nutrition, and spirit for patients and their families, according to Ms. Linh, the Office has supported more than 11,000 patients who need to go to Singapore for treatment and the number of requests for consultation via mail and online is even higher.

From receiving requests via phone, customers coming to the office, via email, now via digital platforms such as website, facebook, then receiving documents, translating results, sending to doctors for initial consultation and then arranging trips for patients from appointment schedule, interpreter, pick-up person, plane tickets, accommodation near the hospital, sightseeing tours or needing emergency transportation, accompanying doctors/nurses or office staff... The office responds quickly to help the trip of patients and their families be convenient and easy.

Over the past twenty years, along with the growth of the hospital network in Singapore (Parkway East - 82 years, Gleneagles - 65 years, Mount Elizabeth Orchard - 48 years, Mount Elizabeth Novena - 12 years in Singapore).

Parkway Promotions Healthcare is also growing on a global scale: 82 hospitals across 10 markets with more than 65,000 medical staff and over 15,000 beds.
