The 2023 VnExpress Marathon Ha Long took place in cool weather. The 21km and 42km races start at 3am and 4:15am respectively. These are the two distances with the largest number of registrants, accounting for about 60% of the total 11,000 athletes. Meanwhile, the 5km and 10km groups attract runners who want to experience the vibrant atmosphere and try their hand at a short run.
VnExpress Marathon Amazing Ha Long has a total prize value of over one billion VND. The biggest change in the prize structure is that it is not divided into professional or amateur categories but combined into a final prize. This is to create fair competition among all athletes.
