The draft Resolution stipulates the content and level of support for teachers participating in teaching and ethnic minority children participating in learning Vietnamese before entering grade 1 in the province. In particular, for teachers, support for teaching periods of no more than 80 periods/teacher, so that teachers can carry out a number of contents related to organizing Vietnamese language teaching, such as: Developing lesson plans, teaching; mobilizing children to attend Vietnamese classes before entering grade 1; promoting on the website, Facebook, Zalo; promoting in meetings with parents to mobilize and coordinate to bring children to class.
For children, each child participating in Vietnamese language classes before entering grade 1 will receive financial support to purchase a set of Vietnamese language learning materials according to regulations and school supplies.

Contributing opinions at the Conference, delegates all agreed that the issuance of the above Resolution is necessary and meaningful, aiming to encourage teachers to take on the additional task of teaching Vietnamese to ethnic minority children before entering grade 1, encouraging teachers to research and effectively implement Vietnamese teaching content and organize educational activities suitable to the actual conditions of the school and locality. At the same time, creating a premise for ethnic minority children to study well the primary school program; contributing to improving the quality of education in ethnic minority areas in the province.
Based on the comments at the Conference, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee will synthesize and send a written response to the drafting agency to supplement and complete the draft Resolution in accordance with regulations, and submit it to the upcoming session of the Provincial People's Council.
