The delegation of Tay Giang district visited and encouraged the Ka Lum district government and the people of Ta Lui village to soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

At the same time, 100 million VND in support, along with necessities such as rice, fish sauce, salt, MSG... worth 100 million VND, were given to people affected by the fire.

Previously, on the evening of April 5, 2025, a large fire broke out in Ta Lui village, completely burning down 46 houses.

This village has 48 households with 365 people, located in the northwest of Sekong province - an area with many difficulties. Because the houses are mainly made of wood and bamboo, the fire spread quickly, causing serious property damage, fortunately there were no casualties.

While rebuilding their new houses, the people of Ta Lui village are temporarily staying in tents supported by the government and humanitarian organizations of Vietnam and Laos.
