To play a leading role in DLXH orientation, the Standing Committee of Yen Dinh District Party Committee regularly strengthens the Steering Committee 35 at the district level, strengthens the team of DLXH reporters and collaborators to ensure quantity and quality. Determining that the communication capacity and quality of the team of DLXH reporters and collaborators play an important role in grasping information and orienting ideology, Yen Dinh District Party Committee has opened training courses, updated new knowledge and invited Central reporters to directly communicate to the team of key cadres, the team doing DLXH work and cadres and civil servants of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee. The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee coordinates with the District Political Center to open training courses, provide information to the team of DLXH reporters and collaborators, focusing on new, important information and issues of concern to the people. Thereby, helping the team of reporters and DLXH collaborators improve their awareness, skills, and expertise, to better meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation. In particular, the team of reporters and propagandists at the grassroots level, including leaders and prestigious and influential people in the community, participate in propaganda and mobilization work, so that it always achieves high results, creating consensus among the people, especially in implementing socio-economic development goals, maintaining security and order in the district.

In order to effectively grasp and orient social work, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Yen Dinh District Party Committee has implemented many forms such as through monthly reporters' conferences, through collaborators at all levels, through the reflection of the mass media... At the same time, maintain regular activities of the social work collaborators' zalo group, reporter group, and propaganda group to exchange two-way information between the district and the grassroots. From there, grasp and promptly resolve arising issues, not letting anxiety and frustration last for a long time, easily becoming a hot spot that is difficult to resolve. In addition, at the monthly meetings of reporters, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee distributes forms to quickly collect information on the situation of social work at the grassroots level from reporters and social work collaborators, then synthesizes and classifies the information to have a plan to handle and report to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee on complicated and sensitive cases that affect political security, social order and safety, and cause negative public opinion among the people. In recent years, Yen Dinh district has also effectively implemented the recording of records to monitor the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style to Party cells. The recording is always associated with the implementation of socio -economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security, building advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas, setting examples of good people and good deeds, thereby discovering and replicating advanced models and typical examples to "take the good, eliminate the bad".

The work of penetrating and summarizing practices has always been important to Yen Dinh district. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has organized for reporters and DLXH collaborators to visit the field, learn from experiences, approach new models, good practices, and creativity in some localities of Hung Yen , Ninh Binh and Quang Ninh provinces. In addition, units in the district have organized many visits and learned from each other's experiences to replicate typical models in advanced rural construction and model rural areas. This method both ensures practicality and promotes the emulation movement between localities and draws experiences to apply appropriately to the reality of their localities. Thanks to that, the movement of advanced rural construction, model rural areas, and civilized urban areas in the district has been vibrant, becoming a widespread movement, bringing high efficiency, helping Yen Dinh complete the criteria and be recognized by the Prime Minister as a district meeting the standards of an advanced rural district by the end of 2024.

With a high sense of responsibility, the team of reporters and collaborators of Yen Dinh district's social work always closely follow the "breath" of life to do a good job of grasping and orienting social work, especially in the context of rapid development of communication technology, greatly affecting the thoughts and awareness of cadres, party members and people. Thereby, contributing to maintaining political security to successfully implement the goals and tasks set by the district and bringing Conclusion No. 100-KL/TW of the Secretariat "On innovation and improvement of the quality of investigation, grasping and research of social work" to become more and more in-depth, substantial and effective.
