At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on the necessity of issuing the draft resolution; its suitability with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws. At the same time, they commented on the correctness, scientificity, feasibility and suitability with the reality of social life of the draft content. And analyzed and predicted the impact of the resolution on the political , economic, cultural, social, national defense and security aspects.

Explaining comments from delegates,

The representative of the drafting agency - the Department of Industry and Trade listened to, received and explained the comments from the delegates. Next, the Department continued to research, edit, supplement and complete the draft based on the comments and reported the results to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association.

This review conference is an important activity to contribute to perfecting policies to support industrial promotion activities, creating a basis for effective implementation of programs, contributing to promoting the development of industry and handicrafts in rural areas, promoting economic restructuring towards industrialization and modernization of rural agriculture.
