A total of 428 billion VND was allocated in three phases to support people affected by floods and heavy rains.

According to information from the Central Relief Campaign Committee - Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF), as of 4 PM on October 29, 2025, agencies, businesses, organizations, and individuals both domestically and internationally have pledged to donate over 1,105 billion VND through the Committee's account.

Of that amount, 494 billion VND has been transferred to the accounts of the Central Relief Campaign Committee. VinGroup Corporation pledged 500 billion VND through the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Since October 2nd, 2025, the Charitable Foundation of VinGroup Corporation has coordinated with the Fatherland Front at all levels to conduct surveys and directly distribute aid to localities; currently, over 211 billion VND has been disbursed.

Donations from Hanoi (100 billion VND), Can Tho (2.5 billion VND), Ecopark Group (10 billion VND), Samsung Vietnam (5 billion VND), and Honda Vietnam (1 billion VND) have been directly transferred to the accounts of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees in these localities.

Following the directives of the Standing Committee of the Central Party Secretariat and the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, based on actual damage and requests from localities, the Central Relief Campaign Committee has allocated 3 phases with a total budget of 428 billion VND to support 17 provinces and cities in carrying out post-storm and flood relief work, including: Thai Nguyen (45 billion VND); Nghe An, Ha Tinh (40.5 billion VND/province); Quang Tri (35.5 billion VND); Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang (35 billion VND/province); Lang Son (30.5 billion VND); Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa (25.5 billion VND/province); Lao Cai (25 billion VND); Bac Ninh , Phu Tho (20 billion VND/province); Son La (15 billion VND); Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Hue (10 billion VND/province); Dien Bien (5 billion VND).
