Strive to complete the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses before April 30

In the past time, with the spirit of “the sooner the better”, localities have urgently accelerated the implementation progress, while ensuring the quality of housing before putting it into use according to the planned schedule. As a result, the whole province started construction and repair of 448/797 houses (of which 342/631 houses are for poor and near-poor households; 106/166 houses are for people with meritorious services). However, the implementation process still encountered some difficulties and problems such as: increasing, decreasing or changing the group of beneficiaries after review, besides, there are 58 subjects in the area of ​​encroached and encroached land that need appropriate solutions for implementation.

At the meeting, local leaders, in addition to reporting progress, difficulties and obstacles, also expressed their determination to speed up progress and complete ahead of schedule.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tuyet Minh praised the efforts of the Department of Agriculture and Environment (the standing agency) in overcoming difficulties and quickly adapting to perform tasks immediately after being reorganized and rearranged. At the same time, he thanked the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for accompanying the Provincial People's Committee in implementing the program.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tuyet Minh requested that the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the whole province be completed by April 30.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tuyet Minh agreed with the proposal of the Standing Agency of the Provincial Steering Committee for the implementation of the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses on the amendment of Plan No. 04 dated January 22, 2025 after localities reviewed, adjusted, and supplemented beneficiaries; agreed with the plan to build prefabricated houses for 58 households on encroached and encroached land with clear and strict commitment conditions. At the same time, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the whole province be completed by April 30, 2025 (previously June 30) so that people can soon have solid housing, stabilize their lives, and contribute to enhancing the humanity of the program./.
