On September 23, the Department of Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (Dong Nai Provincial Police) has just administratively fined Mr. VHNQ (born in 1993, residing in Buu Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City) 30 million VND for providing and sharing information insulting famous people and national heroes on cyberspace.

Previously, the Department of Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention discovered that the Facebook account “Nhut Quang” frequently posted offensive information on cyberspace.

Through verification, the police identified the owner of the above Facebook account as Mr. VHNQ, so they invited him to the headquarters for questioning.

At the police station, Mr. Q. admitted that he was addicted to drugs, so he was not mentally alert and frequently visited social networking sites with bad content, so he believed and shared the information on his personal Facebook.

Dong Nai Provincial Police have issued a decision to administratively sanction Mr. Q., requesting him to remove false information and commit not to repeat the offense.
