“Full Moon Pairing” is a fundraising campaign to mobilize and give 1,000 gifts to poor, disabled, and orphaned children in difficult circumstances on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival 2023 in the modern form of “pairing 4.0”. This is one of the efforts to innovate fundraising communication forms organized by the Vietnam Red Cross Central Committee in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Training from September 9-29 this year.

The campaign focuses on supporting poor, disabled, orphaned and disadvantaged children in the program "Nutrition for poor and disabled children", currently being raised centrally at 73 social centers, schools and communities as well as children within the scope of the Program.

The list of children in need of help was introduced by the Vietnam Red Cross and the Ministry of Education and Training with full confirmation information including: Full name - Circumstances.

The charitable Vietnamese community can access the fundraising platforms GiveNow/IRaiser/Charity App and donate from 250,000 VND (equivalent to 1 full moon gift package).

Supporters will receive the “Matching” result including information about the child they have supported and notification of successful gift delivery via email and SMS.

The caring Vietnamese community can contribute to the campaign by painting pictures or creating content with the theme “Moon Pairing” and sharing it on social networks with the hashtag #ghepdoitrangtron #quychamsocsuckhoegiadinhvietnam #wantwantvietnam. For each shared hashtag, a gift will be given to the children by the sponsors.

In order to connect and "give gifts from a distance" to the children, the Vietnam Red Cross Central Committee directly coordinated with the Ministry of Education and Training with the participation of 63 provincial Red Cross Societies, schools in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Binh Duong as well as the companionship of business partners, agencies, media units, artists and celebrities.

The "Full Moon Pairing" campaign is also one of many practical activities that the Vietnam Red Cross Society supports for children in the "Nutrition for poor and disabled children" program that has been deployed nationwide since the beginning of 2023.

The "Full Moon Pairing" campaign calls for and hopes to receive the cooperation and support of the compassionate Vietnamese community in general, including direct supporters, organizations and businesses that provide gifts through each #hashtag sharing about the Program; will connect and strongly spread the meaningful message "There are always missing or full parts in us, the Mid-Autumn Festival is more complete and full when we share with each other" on this Mid-Autumn Festival 2023.

Information on activities and results of receiving support is updated transparently on fundraising platforms as well as confirmation forms from the Campaign. In addition, actual gift giving activities as well as the effectiveness of implementing the Campaign will be updated on the media of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society.
