- On the morning of May 28, Market Management Team No. 5, under the Market Management Department of Tuyen Quang province, coordinated with Minh Xuan Ward Police (Tuyen Quang City) to inspect, detect and temporarily detain 306 footwear and clothing products of unknown origin, showing signs of counterfeiting famous brands at Mr. HST's business store in Minh Xuan Ward (Tuyen Quang City).

The inspection team discovered that Mr. T's store was selling 306 footwear and clothing products of Adidas, Nike, Hermes, Dior (brands currently protected in Vietnam). The goods included: 20 pairs of Hermes brand men's plastic sandals, 21 pairs of Nike brand sports shoes, 9 pairs of Adidas brand men's plastic sandals, 14 pairs of Dior brand men's canvas shoes, 110 Adidas brand sportswear sets, the rest were short-sleeved shirts, shorts, plastic sandals, flip-flops. The total value of the goods with signs of violation was more than 97 million VND.

At the time of inspection, Mr. T could not present invoices or documents related to the above goods. These products had Adidas, Nike, Hermes, Dior logos printed on them, which were blurry, unclear, the ink was uneven, not sharp, the logo size did not meet standards... The inspection team made a record of temporarily holding all of the above goods for further investigation, verification and strict handling according to the law.
