On May 29, the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen City Party Committee had a working session with 11 central, northern and eastern wards of the city on the implementation of the resolution of the Party Congress of the wards for the 2020-2025 term and key tasks and solutions for implementation in the 2023-2025 period.

11 central, northern and eastern wards of Thai Nguyen city include: Tan Long, Quan Trieu, Quang Vinh, Dong Quang, Quang Trung, Hoang Van Thu, Trung Vuong, Tuc Duyen, Phan Dinh Phung, Dong Bam, Chua Hang.

After half a term of implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses of wards and resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, most of the targets of 11 wards have been completed and exceeded the resolutions in the fields of: Economy , culture, society, national defense - security...

However, in the process of implementing political tasks, localities still have some limitations and shortcomings in land management, construction order management, urban aesthetics; the implementation of some socio-economic development projects of Thai Nguyen city in the period of 2021-2025 has not achieved high efficiency; the target of developing new party members is lower than planned.

In particular, the leadership and direction of some Party committees, management and administration of the government in some areas, places and tasks are not really thorough and drastic at times.

The conference also recorded many proposals and recommendations from the wards on: Solutions for implementing the work of developing new party members; managing construction order and urban aesthetics; collecting budget; policies on adjusting administrative boundaries to facilitate socio-economic development; soon adding the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of some wards...

The Standing Committee of the Thai Nguyen City Party Committee agreed and assigned the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen City, relevant agencies and units to receive the proposals and recommendations of the 11 wards, promptly study, propose solutions, report to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for consideration and decision; request the Party building committees of the City Party Committee, departments, offices and units of the city to closely monitor, direct and guide the 11 wards to promptly develop and implement specific programs, plans and solutions to maximize potential and advantages, promote socio-economic development.
