The spirit of initiative and creativity is concretized through many practical models and programs. In 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with departments, agencies, and functional forces (Provincial Police, Department of Health , etc.), will organize nearly 45 The conference on crime prevention, combating social evils, drug abuse, and prostitution attracted over 8,500 youth union members and young people; the commune-level youth union coordinated 45 propaganda programs for over 18,156 youth union officials, members, and young people in schools and residential areas; including strengthening propaganda for youth union members in high schools, colleges, and universities through lively forms such as "Storytelling based on cases"; extracurricular programs; branch and association activities…
In particular, youth union branches at all levels throughout the province coordinated the organization of 15 mock trials, attracting more than 8,200 participants, contributing to raising awareness and improving compliance with the law among young people. For young workers, ethnic minority communities, or young people recovering from drug addiction, the content of the awareness campaigns was adjusted to both impart knowledge and create a bridge to support their reintegration into the community. In 2025, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee will organize 2 Training program on raising awareness about prostitution and drug prevention for over 600 people. Youth union members and young people from ethnic minority areas; in coordination with the Quang Ninh Coal Mining Youth Union, organized a training program "Youth Say No to Crime and Social Evils" for nearly 300 youth union members and young workers from the Cam Pha Coal Mining Cluster.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and its branches have leveraged the advantages of social media and fanpage systems (over 300 fanpages from the provincial to the grassroots level), with thousands of news articles, infographics, and interactive campaigns to warn about the harmful effects of drugs, laughing gas, shisha, and e-cigarettes, as well as to call for civilized and healthy behavior. The systematic reporting and refutation of harmful and toxic information on the internet has also been carried out, helping to guide public opinion and protect young people from misleading information.
A highlight of the Youth Union's work is the implementation of specific, easily monitored, and widely disseminated models such as: the "Youth Union branch without members involved in social vices and drug abuse" model or the "Each commune/ward rehabilitates, assists, and educates at least one delinquent youth" model. This not only contributes to prevention but also affirms the community responsibility of the Youth Union in supporting, rehabilitating, and helping young people who have fallen into vices to have a chance to rebuild their lives.
Patrol and intelligence gathering activities carried out by youth union forces have also made practical contributions to security and order. Over 280 patrol sessions, in coordination with self-governing groups in mountainous, border, and island areas, have helped detect and resolve many local issues. In many places, union members have also directly participated in detecting and reporting violations of the law, contributing to minimizing damage and deterring wrongdoing.
Alongside practical activities, emphasis has been placed on building a team of speakers and propagandists. The entire province currently has a large force of speakers and propagandists, from the provincial level to the grassroots, playing a crucial role in understanding the thoughts and guiding members, and promptly responding to prominent social issues.
The participation of youth unions in disseminating information on preventing and combating social evils has created community strength, contributing to transforming awareness and building a safe and healthy social environment for the young generation of Quang Ninh.
