Developing new growth pole in the West of Thai Nguyen

According to the province's planning orientation, this is an area prioritized for investment in connecting infrastructure such as the Nui Coc Lakeside Road, National Highway 37, Provincial Roads 267 and 270, expanding the urban space from the center of Thai Nguyen City to the directions of Dai Tu and Pho Yen.

An outstanding advantage of Dai Phuc commune is that it is located entirely within the planning area for eco-tourism development along Nui Coc Lake and Cong River basin, two "green lungs" with the greatest natural and landscape value of Thai Nguyen.

With strategic location, abundant ecological resources, not only possessing beautiful landscapes, areas in the commune such as Tan Thai, Hung Son, Phuc Triu also have rich indigenous cultures, traditional tea villages, long-standing communities are important factors for developing community tourism models, experiential tourism and ecological resorts.

In addition, most of the new commune still has agricultural land, forest land and semi-mountainous areas that have not been fully exploited. This is an important space to form ecological urban areas, golf courses, high-class resorts, contributing to increasing the proportion of green economy in the general structure of the province.

Projects that have been and are being implemented (such as Thai Nguyen Stadium; Tan Thai Golf Sports Complex; Flamingo Majestic Islands Resort...) not only affirm the potential to become a high-class tourism, sports and resort center in the West of the province, but also create a strong driving force to attract investment, forming a chain of supporting services such as hotels, restaurants, and commercial centers.

Thai Nguyen Stadium project is implemented in Phuc Triu commune (Thai Nguyen city), with a total investment of over 535 billion VND.

Comrade Pham Thanh Tung, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan Thai Commune (Dai Tu), said: From the available advantages, Dai Phuc Commune, when established, has full foundation to promote its strengths, gradually becoming a high-class tourism and service center in the West of Thai Nguyen City. In the future, Dai Phuc will develop in the direction of becoming a key tourist destination of the province, connecting with major urban centers. Green economy and circular economy are focused on to ensure harmony between economic growth and environmental protection.

Analyzing this issue in the working session of the Standing Committee of Dai Tu District Party Committee with the Party Committee of Hung Son town, comrade Vu Duy Hoang, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Education Department of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized: The arrangement and merger of 5 administrative units to establish Dai Phuc commune is very necessary, creating conditions to expand the development space, promoting the potential of the Nui Coc Lake National Tourist Area; contributing to increasing the scale of administrative units, streamlining the apparatus, streamlining the payroll, improving the efficiency of socio-economic investment and the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system.

After being propagated and mobilized by local authorities, local people in the town agreed and highly supported the merger policy to establish the new commune of Dai Phuc.
