On May 11 and 12, the Provincial Employment Service Center (under the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs) coordinated with the Women's Union of Ea Sup district to organize a job fair in Cu Mlan and Ia R've communes.
At the trading sessions, there were 4 businesses and vocational training establishments participating with a total recruitment demand of 200 domestic and foreign job positions; of which 120 job positions were recruiting female workers. The main recruiting industries were electricians, welders, food processing, garment workers, etc.

This job fair attracted nearly 200 female workers (aged 18-35) from Cu Mlan and Ia R've communes to participate. Here, female members were informed by representatives of the Provincial Employment Service Center, recruitment agencies and vocational training institutions participating in the job fair about the labor market, jobs in and outside the province, labor export markets in some countries; advice on the State's support policies for workers going to work abroad; policies and regimes when participating in rural vocational training...

As a result, 105 workers provided personal information to receive remote job search advice from the Employment Service Center, 30 workers had direct labor search needs at job fairs; 6 workers were recruited directly. In particular, 6 workers with labor export needs were consulted and connected by the Provincial Employment Service Center to choose orders.
