According to the film's legal representative, this replacement was anticipated and carefully considered by the producer so as not to violate any regulations. The contracts signed between the producer and Thuy Tien are regulated by the Civil Code and the Cinema Law, allowing the producer to have full rights to use part or all of Thuy Tien's images, or even not to use Thuy Tien's images in any case.

The contract also contains a binding clause regarding maintaining professional ethics and image. Therefore, in this case, Thuy Tien is violating the producer, not the producer violating her.
